Mulligan’s Painters Inc. began in the 1980s in a converted bedroom of a Westchester home with just two employees. Our first customers were found through door-to-door outreach, local advertising, and cold calling—long before the internet and cell phones. From the start, we focused on personalized service and high-quality work.

 

Today, we’ve grown to 35 full-time employees, and 95% of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals. While we’ve tackled a wide range of projects—including residential, commercial, industrial, and retail—our true expertise shines in the custom home market. Over the past decade, we’ve become a premier choice for high-end finishes in new construction, luxury remodels, and repainting of homes in exclusive Los Angeles neighborhoods.

 

We specialize in a wide range of finishes, including paint, lacquer, stain, roman clay, lime wash, and epoxy. Whether spraying, brushing, or rolling, we ensure meticulous site protection and a flawless result every time.

While we’ve worked across the entire LA area, we currently focus on Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and the West Side, as well as areas like the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood, Malibu, and the South Bay.
